Install & Set Up
Search for SurveyForge on the Salesforce AppExchange, click Get It Now, and choose Install for Admins Only so you control access before rolling out to the team.
Assign Permissions
Head to Setup → Permission Sets and assign SurveyForge Builder to anyone creating surveys, or SurveyForge Viewer for report-only access.
Open The App
Click the App Launcher, search for SurveyForge, and select it to land straight on your workspace dashboard, ready to build.
Create Your First Survey
Click New Survey, pick a starting template or a blank canvas, and give it a name your team will recognize later in reports.
